Healthy lovers!
En mi búsqueda por llevar una alimentación súper sana y disfrutar de una salud óptima y un cuerpo radiante he aprendido y probado muchos alimentos. Hoy les platico del hemp: mi súper alimento favorito, es súper completo, tiene muchas propiedades y es fácil de digerir.
Las semillas de hemp contienen 25% de proteína completa, 35% de ácidos grasos (los muy preciados Omega 3 y 6) y 27% de carbohidrátos en forma de fibra dietética. Además, están llenos de vitaminas y minerales incluyendo vitamina A, B1, B2, D y E, así como calcio yhierro.
Hoy en día puedes encontrar hemp enmuchas presentaciones y cada una tiene beneficios un poco diferentes.
CORAZONES DE HEMP

SEMILLAS DE HEMP
Tiene propiedades muy parecidas a los corazones de hemp, la diferencia es que no le han quitado la cascarita por lo que tiene una consistencia más crunchy, más fibra y minerales. A mi me gusta comprar las semillas de hemp tostadas y saladas... ¡saben deliciosas! Las disfruto en puñitos solitas como snack o le pongo 1 cda a mis ensaladas, quinoa o arroz. |
PROTEÍNA DE HEMP
La proteína de Hemp es de calidad excepcional por la proporción de aminoácidos (AA) que contiene y la estructura de proteína que forma, son veinte los aminoácidos que el cuerpo necesita, la proteína de Hemp contiene todos los aminoácidos esenciales (diez) y ocho aminoácidos no esenciales en cantidades importantes lo que la convierte en una proteína completa, (como carne, leche o huevos). ¡Además es 100% natural y libre de soya! Es mi suplemento de proteína favorito para cuando estoy haciendo mucho ejercicio. Yo le agrego hasta 2 cdas a mis smoothies. |
FIBRA DE HEMP
Si estas buscando incrementar el consumo de fibra esta es una buena opción ya que por en una porción de 30 gr. estarás recibiendo 13 gr de fibra: el 52% de la dosis recomendada. Además al cosumir fibra de hemp también estarás recibiendo proteína y grasas omega. |
ACEITE DE HEMP
El hemp es reconocido por la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) por tener el balance perfecto de 3:1 de ácidos grasos esenciales omega 6 a omega 3, necesarios para mantener tu salud en óptimas condiciones. Estas grasas estimulan elsistema termogéniconatural del cuerpo, el cual ayuda a la quema de grasa, y son bien recibidas por cada uno de los músculos delcuerpo, además reduce los niveles en sangre de colesterol LDL y mejor lacirculación cardiovascular. El aceite de Hempno debe utilizarse para freír. En general, el calor descompone los ácidos grasos esenciales, y se reducen los beneficios nutricionales del aceite. Este es uno de mis aceites favoritos parapreparar aderezos y disfrutarlo con mi quinoa, arroz o verduras a la plancha (le agrego 1 cda una vez que la comida esta en mi plato). Amo el hemp porque tiene proteína suficiente para evitar que tenga que comer animalitos, y porque tiene omega 3, grasa buena, fibra, y me sirve para el café! Todo en uno!

Amor el hemo porque me da un desayubo super completo, lo mezclo con frutas para un smoothie super rico y ademas no me da hambre, cuenta por un desayuno completo y me siento ligerita a diferencia de las otras proteínas 💜💕

Con que se prepara y en que porcentaje con algo frio o caliente, se puede tomar con leche o con que en alimentos se le Pone cuando se cuese o cocina con ello donde puedo buscar informacion para su preparacion saludos.

Me gustan mucho los corazones y semillas de hemp porque me han ayudado a equilibrar mi alimentación así como la gastritis erosiva que tenía por una inadecuada alimentación. Mi salud ha mejorado mucho sin necesidad de consumir carnes. Simplemente lo amo y me encantaría probar sus otras variedades para complementar y sustituir otros alimentos
